Writing out how many times will we have until life is over really made me think. It’s like being a kid & thinking we’d never grow old, now it’s the realization that we need to appreciate every moment we have left and live it to the fullest.

So true Dee! When the countdown comes, those small things become precious moments of our lives that make all the difference!

What a powerful exercise! Every time I flash those cards, I sit and ponder for a moment.

Awe, that is so very true, I remember being the happiest when I was younger, while I was enjoying the moments of life, as we get older we tend to stop living like that and start working a job, that many times wears us out and we soon find ourselves waking up one-day saying I have a choice, I can continue living this life or make a change.. That change came with at first many negative people telling me why I shouldn’t.. but I persisted on and now recreated my life to how I wish to live.
